The Montgomeryshire Society is a London based association for people with links to the old Welsh county of Montgomeryshire. It has enriched the lives of many Welsh people living in and around London for over eighty years and remains today one of a few active county societies in the capital. Current members come from many backgrounds and occupations and provide a valuable source of friendship and encouragement to people who come to live, work or study in London. The Montgomeryshire Society promotes a varied programme of social and cultural events throughout the year including an annual reception, dinner, lectures, visits and social events.
Sefydlwyd Cymdeithas Maldwyn ym 1927 gyda'r bwriad o hyrwyddo bywyd cymdeithasol a diwylliannol trigolion o'r hen Sir Drefaldwyn sydd yn byw yn Llundain a'r cyffiniau. Hyd heddiw, mae'r Gymdeithas yn trefnu rhaglen lawn o weithgareddau gan gynnwys darlithoedd, ymweliadau, cinio blynyddol a chystadlaethau i bobl ifanc y sir.
